Please briefly answer the following questions:
Why did you pick your host country? From a very young age I have been enthralled by the culture and language of Japan.
What made you want to study abroad? I have never been outside of the United States before and I have always wanted to live in Japan. This trip is like killing two birds with one stone.
What will you miss most while you are abroad? I will miss my friends and parents, the 100-degree weather (or not), and Mexican food.
What are your personal goals for your time abroad? I want to learn as much Japanese as I can in the time I’m there and to see all that I can see. I would especially like to check out Harajuku Street and the Harajuku Street culture.
